Pricing

One platform. Four stages of growth.

OpsHyv is priced per employee, per month — one number, no per-module invoices, no per-login tax. Four packages, each containing everything below it, so upgrading only ever adds. Start where your company actually is, and let the platform grow into the rest.

Prices in USD. The monthly minimum applies only while your billable headcount sits below the break-even for that plan.

🌱 Stage one — Start-Up

Run your back office before it starts running you.

$6 per employee / month·$59/mo minimum·$5.10 PEPM annually

You've hired your first handful of people. The company already works — but it runs on a spreadsheet, a shared drive, and one person's memory. Nothing is wrong yet, and that's exactly the problem: the day you outgrow it is the day you find out what wasn't written down. Start-Up puts the operating record in one place while the record is still small enough to move.

The whole company on one screen

Command Center · Insights · Calendar

A home dashboard you build from widgets, a cross-module analytics view, and one organization-wide calendar.

Today's tasks, this month's renewals, and the numbers behind them land on one screen the moment you sign in — and the calendar grows new lanes as you unlock modules.

The morning question — what needs me today? — has an answer before the coffee lands.

Know who works here, and who they report to

Team · Org chart · Departments

One record per person, with departments, titles, documents, and a live org chart drawn from your reporting lines.

Change a manager once and the chart, the approvals, and the notifications all follow — no second list to update.

The roster three people edit separately stops being the source of truth.

Compliance that watches while you work

Compliance

Built-in compliance intelligence covering all 50 states, DC, and local city and county ordinances.

It audits your organization against the rules that apply at your size, in your locations, prices the gaps, and hands each rule to a named owner with a magic-link portal — no extra seats.

You learn you crossed a headcount threshold from your dashboard, not from an agency letter.

The customer side, from day one

Accounts · Contacts

Company records and the people inside them, related to each other and to everything else you keep.

Every note, document, and task about a customer hangs off one timeline that anybody with permission can read.

Your customer history stops living in one salesperson's inbox.

Things that expire, caught before they do

Assets · Insurance · Warranties

Equipment tracking with assignment history, plus insurance policies and warranties with their renewal dates.

Every laptop, vehicle, policy, and warranty has an owner, a date, and a reminder that fires before the date does.

Nobody discovers a lapsed policy at claim time, or a warranty a week after it ran out.

Work that can't quietly fall through

Tasks & Approvals

Assignable work items with checklists, due dates, and approval steps — on the record they belong to.

Compliance gaps, renewals, and onboarding steps write their own tasks into the same queue your team already works from.

"I'll remember" stops being the process.

🚀 Stage two — Take-Off

Grow the team without growing the paperwork.

$11 per employee / month·$129/mo minimum·$9.35 PEPM annually

Ten became forty. You're hiring continuously, half the team is in the field, and customers now email a shared inbox that nobody owns. The work didn't get harder — the coordination did. Take-Off adds the machinery for bringing people in, tracking the hours they work, and answering everyone who asks for something. Everything from Start-Up comes with you, untouched.

Hire and onboard without the paper chase

Recruiting · Onboarding & Offboarding · Docs

A full ATS with a public careers board and offers, a 51-jurisdiction onboarding journey engine with e-signed W-4, I-9, and W-9, and a company document library with acknowledgment tracking.

A candidate becomes an employee in one continuous flow — offer accepted, forms signed, policies acknowledged, equipment assigned, first-day tasks queued — with the right state paperwork selected for you, and the reverse flow ready for the day someone leaves.

New hires arrive ready to work, and the file is complete before anyone asks to see it.

Know when people actually worked

Time Clock · Kiosk

Punch in and out from a phone or a shared-device kiosk, manual timesheets for the exceptions, and a manager approval step.

Hours land against the person, the day, and the approval that released them, with the variances flagged instead of buried.

Payroll stops being a week of reconstruction from texts, memory, and goodwill.

Turn interest into signed business

Leads · Opportunities · Proposals · Quotes · Contracts

One pipeline from first touch to signature, with e-signable proposals and contracts at the end of it.

The lead, the quote, and the contract are built from the same account and contact records you already keep — so nothing gets re-typed, and the signed version lives on the customer's timeline.

Your pipeline number and your customer record finally agree with each other.

Answer everyone without dropping anyone

Cases · Chat

A case desk with queues, intake routing, and an email-to-case reply desk, plus team chat with channels, DMs, mentions, and file sharing.

Inbound email becomes a tracked case with an owner and a clock, and the conversation about it happens beside the record instead of in a private thread nobody else can find.

"Who's handling this?" becomes something you look up, not something you shout.

⚙️ Stage three — Systemize

Automate the operations you've been holding together by hand.

$17 per employee / month·$249/mo minimum·$14.45 PEPM annually·Most popular

A hundred people, several sites, and a schedule that changes twice a day. The work is well understood by now — what's expensive is the coordination around it: covering shifts, chasing receipts, running the same process a slightly different way each time, and closing books from a shoebox. Systemize is where OpsHyv stops being a system of record and starts being the thing that runs the day. All of Start-Up and Take-Off comes with it.

Cover every shift, legally

Shifts · Time Off & PTO

A scheduling board with templates, an open-shift marketplace, availability, attendance, and PTO balances with accrual and carryover.

Schedules are built against real availability and approved time off, and checked against fair-workweek and sick-leave rules where your jurisdictions have them.

The schedule stops being a whiteboard photo in a group text.

Run the process the same way every time

Playbooks

SOP runbooks with a 500-template library, step dependencies, decision branching, and SLA escalations.

Your best process becomes a launchable run with owners and due dates, and a hub that shows every run in flight and every step that's late.

Quality stops depending on which manager happened to be working that day.

Books that keep themselves

Accounting · Billing & Invoices · Expenses

Double-entry general ledger, AP bills, bank reconciliation, financial statements, customer invoicing, and employee expense reports.

Invoices, payments, bills, and reimbursements post to the ledger as they happen, so the trial balance is live rather than reconstructed.

Month-end becomes a review instead of an excavation.

Stop typing what the document already says

Scan

AI document understanding across 27 document types — invoices, receipts, résumés, bank statements, tax forms, business cards.

Photograph or upload it and Scan reads it, then files it into the right record with the fields already filled in — including straight from a chat message.

The pile of paper becomes data without hiring someone to type it.

Reach your whole list on purpose

Broadcasts · Campaigns

Email marketing with audiences, consent handling, delivery and open tracking, plus go-to-market campaign management.

Segments are built from the customer records you already maintain, and the platform remembers who opted out — everywhere, permanently.

Marketing runs on the same truth as sales, service, and finance.

See what you're actually paying for

Software · Vendors

SaaS subscription and seat tracking, alongside vendor records and the executed contracts that govern them.

Every licence, renewal date, owner, and seat nobody has logged into sits in one list with a date attached.

You cancel the seats you don't use instead of renewing them by default.

🏆 Stage four — Success

Scale the organization without scaling the overhead.

$24 per employee / month·$399/mo minimum·$20.40 PEPM annually

Several hundred people, more than one legal entity, and a benefits programme with real money in it. At this size the risk isn't effort, it's drift — the handbook that no longer matches the plans, the review nobody documented, the project delivered outside the system that sold it. Success closes the last loops so the company reads as one company. Everything from the three stages below is already in it.

Benefits that generate their own paperwork

Benefits · Generated Docs

Plans, open enrollment, FSA / HRA / HSA, ICHRA, COBRA, and ACA reporting — beside a document engine that builds your handbook from 500 ready policies and 51-state addendums, plus SPD and WRAP generation, redlining, and e-sign envelopes.

The plan configuration you administer is the same configuration your SPD, WRAP, and handbook are written from — then distributed for signature and acknowledgment, and flagged when a change makes a document stale.

Your documents can't drift away from your plans, because they're generated from them.

Grow people on the record

Performance

Review cycles with reusable templates, plus disciplinary tracking held in encrypted records.

Reviews run on a schedule against the org chart you already maintain, and sensitive notes stay behind PII permissions instead of in a manager's private folder.

Promotions and terminations have a documented history standing behind them.

Deliver the work you just sold

Projects

Boards, portfolios, workload views, automation, intake forms, and a client guest portal.

The deal you closed becomes the project you staff — on the same accounts, the same people, and the same time data — with the client watching progress through a portal instead of asking for a status call.

Delivery stops being a separate tool with a separate version of the truth.

Every entity, one rollup

Org Groups · Partners

Multi-entity rollup across sibling organizations, plus partner relationship records for the people who are neither customers nor vendors.

Each location or legal entity keeps its own workspace and its own boundaries, while leadership reads them together as one group.

You stop rebuilding the group picture in a spreadsheet at the end of every month.

Included everywhere

The substrate never costs extra.

Some platforms charge for the plumbing. These are on every plan, from the first employee on Start-Up to the ten-thousandth on Success — because a record without an audit trail, a search box, or somewhere to put the file isn't really a record.

On every plan

No add-on, no enterprise tier, no asterisk.

  • Audit trail on every record
  • Global search across everything you can see
  • File attachments + 5 GB of storage
  • Custom fields and tags on your records
  • Notifications — in-app, email, and push
  • Mobile employee portal for front-line staff
  • Help center and guided in-app tours
  • Role-based access with PII gating
  • Settings & configuration for the whole workspace

Add-ons

A short list, priced in the open.

Four things sit outside the per-employee rate — because they carry a real cost per use, or because only some industries need them at all. Nothing else is metered.

EVV — Electronic Visit Verification +$4 PEPM per caregiver · requires Take-Off or above GPS and geofence visit verification, care task capture, and aggregator export for home-care programmes. It rides on the Time Clock, so Take-Off is the prerequisite.
Extra storage $25/mo per 10 GB block Every plan includes 5 GB of file storage. Add blocks when your document library, receipts, and résumés outgrow it — and only for as long as you need them.
Scan pages 200 pages/mo included · $0.05 per page after Scan uses real AI compute per page, so it carries a stated fair-use allowance rather than a silent throttle. Included with Systemize and Success.
Broadcast volume 10,000 emails/mo included · $5 per additional 1,000 Consented email marketing to your audiences, with tracking. Included with Systemize and Success; overage is billed only in the months you actually use it.

Questions

The things people ask before they sign.

What counts as a billable employee?

A billable employee is a person record of type employee or contractor whose status is active — not inactive, and not an applicant. That's it. If someone leaves and you mark them inactive, they stop counting on the next bill while you keep their record and their history.

Do candidates, customer contacts, or extra logins cost anything?

No. You're billed per person you operate, not per login. Job applicants in your ATS, customer contacts in your CRM, guest portal users, magic-link compliance owners, and additional admin logins are all free. Adding a second manager to the workspace never changes your bill.

How does the annual discount work?

Prepay a year and take 15% off — the per-employee rate and the monthly minimum both. Systemize at $17 PEPM becomes $14.45; Start-Up's $6 becomes $5.10. Headcount is still trued up as it changes, so growing mid-year doesn't cost you the discount.

Is there a trial, and what's in it?

Yes — and trials run at full Success-level access. You evaluate every module, including Benefits, Generated Docs, Projects, and Performance, before deciding which tier your company actually needs. No feature is hidden behind the plan you haven't bought yet.

Can I change plans later?

Any time, in both directions. Because the packages are cumulative, upgrading only ever adds — nothing you already use moves or changes shape. Your existing records, settings, and audit history carry straight across.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Nothing is deleted. Modules above your plan simply stop appearing, and their automations stop running. Every record stays exactly where it was, and it all reappears — intact, with its timeline and audit trail — the moment you upgrade again.

What do I need in place to use EVV?

EVV rides on the Time Clock, so you need Take-Off or above, then add EVV at +$4 PEPM per caregiver. Turn it on for the caregivers who need verified visits; the rest of your workforce is unaffected and unbilled for it.

The bottom line

Start where you are. Grow into the rest.

One data model, one audit trail, one login — and a price that moves with your headcount instead of with how many silos you've had to rent this year.
